March Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to all clients who instruct Isla-Alexander to sell their property between 1st March 2025 and 31st March 2025.

• To qualify, the client must complete their sale with Isla-Alexander.

2. Giveaway Details

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants.

• The winner will receive a fee-free sale, with Isla-Alexander covering the estate agency fee upon completion.

• All other clients remain liable for the agreed agency fee as per Isla-Alexander’s standard terms and conditions.

3. Terms of Participation

• By instructing Isla-Alexander, clients agree to be bound by our standard terms and conditions of service.

• The giveaway applies only to sales that complete; if a client does not complete, they will not be eligible.

• The draw will take place once all eligible sales have completed, and the winner will be notified directly.

4. Additional Notes

• Isla-Alexander reserves the right to modify or withdraw this giveaway at any time.

• No cash alternative is available.

• Standard estate agency practices and legal obligations still apply.
